Bring Your Family!
Our office is kid-friendly! While waiting to see the dentist, your kids can explore the playhouse equipped with two Ipads and toys for all ages, while you grab a coffee in the lounge.
Here at Uptown Dental, we enjoy working with children and resolving their worries about the dentist. We want to get to know our clients and build trusting relationships with each one. Our friendly staff will ensure your children are cared for with the best service. We offer complete care to your children's teeth to give you peace of mind, knowing they are healthy. Our staff will answer any questions or concerns you may have, as we get your child accustomed to our office. We want to make sure your child's first experience with us is a positive one!
Taking Care of Young Teeth
Regarding oral health, growing children and teens face various issues. Their adult teeth are coming in as they lose their primary teeth, called transitional dentition. Their jaw structures are changing, and their teeth are shifting.
Children's oral hygiene skills are developing, so it is essential to bring them for regular check-ups. Getting your children to the dentist can be proactive and is a way to ensure no harm comes to their teeth. Since they are at the age where sugary food is being introduced into their diet, we at Uptown want to ensure there are no issues. You should bring your child to the dentist six months after their first tooth appears. This early introduction to the dentist allows us to discuss your child's growth and development and get them accustomed to the clinic!
